What to do? and got a better answer

Conscience has nothing to do with it. They're making money off you. I don't know where you're from. But in Ukraine, by law, probation cannot be more than 3 months. It is clear that you are not registered and the law has nothing to do with it. But it's the norm, what do you mean. Next. You have to talk. Explain to people that either they make you officially on the normal salary or at least give you a salary by position if you're not interested in the employment, or you do not work for them. That's it. No remorse. Your employers don't even have a conscience and you're worried about it. It's business. Forget the sentiment?

Listen to their promises and make a contract!

Demand a raise.

Explain why you don't want to work.

if you are not officially tripled, screw them all! you do not officially owe them anything or enter the path of negotiation to increase wages!

Response from 0[++]
Let them raise their salaries 6-7 times, at least then it will be OK!

Response from 0[+++++]
Why don't you take it? You can take it and calmly explain everything about the wage discrepancy. If they don't understand, send them away. If possible, you should go to work officially or look for a normal firm without fraud.

Response from 0[++]
It makes no sense to hide. If you're not officially there to force you to work all the same can not talk to them say ZP so-and-so needs a contract formalize. If they don't want to leave, you can always leave.

I got the same thing True they pay me something like $400-it's from the trial period And now they won't raise it for six months either Well, I'll give them a hard time. I'll go on maternity leave and never come back I'll find something better Besides, I'll have more than a year of work experience You should work there at least a year I grind my teeth but I have to Then find a normal company with a normal salary And let their turnover grow: If such stingy people

should explain the reason for leaving, maybe they appreciate you and make compromises, increasing your salary and making it official since you wrote the letter, you don't lose anything.

for $100? Why did you go for such a small salary? Do they call you to come back or what? Tell them you quit your job and you won't work anymore.

Response from 0[+++++]
Just explain to them that it's unrealistic to live on $100 and demand a raise. Why didn't you answer the phone? I was looking for another job!

Response from 0[+++++]
Running away is stupid! It was necessary to negotiate about a salary increase, maybe they call to return you by offering more favorable working conditions-.

Response from 0[+++++]
You did the right thing. But what about your employment history?

Response from 0[+++++]
Explain to them that you quit because the salary is an affront to your human dignity. If they value you as a professional, they will agree to your terms.

Response from 0[+++++]
they don't have a conscience, why should you suffer? Action breeds opposition.
