Banks sometimes try to include such conditions, in the hope that it will work with someone, and if they will refer to Art. 837 of the Civil Code, which contradicts such a condition, then you can return, because it will work with someone anyway?

No there are no legislative changes on this issue. Banks sometimes try to include such conditions in the hope that it will work with someone. If they will refer to Art. 837 of the Civil Code which contradicts this condition then it will work out with someone else.
