What is the Canon EF-M mount? Does it fit on EF-S cameras? Specifically the 600D and similar? and got a better answer

It's a mount for Canon's mirrorless cameras. EF-M and EF-S don't fit together. Only if you use an adapter?

The other way around, the M will fit the EF through the adapter.
