To be afraid of heights is fear, but fear is normal. I was afraid, but I jumped with a parachute - and allooooooooooooo no more. I like heights now.

you get used to heights, my fellow climbers say that when the season starts your knees are trembling.

you have to have ropes of steel instead of nerves to jump, you also need them to overcome your fear!

I'm terribly afraid of heights myself. I decided to do the same thing, I jumped with a tandem, I couldn't do it alone. I don't remember how I flew, I only came to my senses on the ground. I'm afraid to climb onto a chair now - it's too high!

I don't have to jump. Why waste money? You can just stand on the roof as close to the edge as possible, but it's better not to get too close! We had a fun thing when we were kids. Our house was 12 stories high and had ledges. We used to play this way: we were jumping from the edge to the ledge, it was still narrow, about a meter and a half or two meters, we had to stop in time and jumped from the gap. The fear of heights passed quickly, I even stood quietly on the edge of the ledge and did not feel any discomfort. Only now I realize what fools we were then. I was 10 or 12 years old. I wouldn't risk it now:

I'm terrified of heights! But I also jumped with a parachute and flew hang gliders and paragliders and balloons. So fear goes nowhere. You just get used to it. And you have no time to be afraid of heights - you have to do what you went there for. And if you lose it - bad sad consequences are possible. But when you land - unusual sensations because the stronger the fear the stronger the release of adrenaline and then endomorphins - the hormone of happiness. So addiction to jumps is better than addiction to drugs on any parachute site people write Only a height even a little fear even more when there is no parachute or hang glider behind:

should jump with a parachute, that's for sure! Firstly it is very beautiful, secondly you will get a lot of positive emotions and thirdly you might stop being afraid! Although I have jumped more than once, but I can't stand on the edge of the roof all the time!

Don't tempt fate. maybe your fear is a warning from above.

not interesting to be afraid of heights before you jump. And after you jump, you can't do anything about it so you just overcome yourself and make a step! And it's much more interesting and exciting than ordinary life!
