music is first written to the buffer and played from there. If a track on the disk gets corrupted, is it still played from the buffer, but the track on the disk, meanwhile, will it get reordered?

a track on a disk gets corrupted, it will be played back from the buffer as before and the track on the disk will be replaced in the meantime.

when running the track is not reset i.e. playback of the recording is not interrupted.

it's when you hit it with a hammer and it keeps playing, but not for long.

It's the memory of the player, it's like a RAM in a CAM, the more it's anti-shock value in seconds, the longer can you shake the player and the longer the music track won't be lost.
