It's a cool town. Especially in the summer - the radio plays on the streets on a weekday, people stroll leisurely down Prospect, all the street cafes are busy. Paradise, in a word! Does it feel like people don't work in this city?

Sorry, haven't been. But I'll say this, today I walked through the evening Naberezhnye Chelny - super city. No offense to Voronezh, I know people who live there, but Chelny, gentlemen, come in the summer - I guarantee you'll be blown away. You wouldn't expect that. This is the best place the province has ever been!
