What the fuck? I live in what is called Muscovyhglubinka. I can tell you that our salaries are a hell of a lot higher than in many parts of the country. Maybe there are regions where they cannot make ends meet, but they are not 70 or 60. I was in Moscow, if they had forced me to live there, I would have run away. Fear of God, not a city. Moscow oblast is also rotten. Petersburg is more or less, but people are poor, and the city is falling apart. Come and visit us in the Arkhangelsk Oblast. It's nicer here.
