Very affordable and delicious: grate a potato, make pancakes out of it, fry in sunflower oil, salt. Much tastier than just fried potatoes. If you can, eat them with sour cream. If not, it's just as good. Then cheesecakes. One packet of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix everything, give a good shape and brown. Serve with or without sour cream, as the budget allows. Foreigners love these dishes, but we are lazy. Enjoy your meal?

What's the recipe for? For dinner, I can offer you fricassee: Dice chicken fillets, fry with onions and mushrooms in butter, add salt, spices - I put Provencal or Italian herbs, at the end of cooking add half a jar of sour cream and salt a little more: Unbeatable with rice or spaghetti:

you can buy Mexican frozen mix, stew it, cool it, put boiled sausage or frankfurters in it, put onions and mayonnaise in it and fill it up with something nourishing and tasty.

cut meat, preferably pork with minimum fat, add spices and onion. Put it in the form, sprinkle some cheese on top and then spread mayonnaise. And bake in the oven, 150-180 degrees.
