1. Buy from a good place. Now a lot of stories are being told about skillful fakes of mink. Do not be fooled. 2. Try it on. The coat should sit well. Walk around, sit in it. It should not part on your chest or pull somewhere. It should be comfortable, but it should be light. 3. Examine the fur, it should be very dense, smooth and shiny, with thick undercoat, no pores, no creases. If you stroke your hand, and dip your fingers into the nap, even lightly pulling on the nap, not a hair should fall out. Iron the fur "against the hair" and see how quickly it returns to its original appearance. If it is "stubby" and does not want to return to its original position, it is a sign of low quality mink. The hairs on the entire surface of the coat should have the same length. Pull the hairs apart to see the pelt. A new unpainted coat has a light colored pelt. If it is dark, it means the fur has been dyed e.g. black pelt and black fur, or the pelt is old, possibly used or improperly stored. 4. Turn the coat inside out, lift the lining to examine the pelts. They should be whole, large, neatly sewn. No pieces. Manufacturers of real mink fur coats always leave an unstitched piece at the bottom of the lining, so that the buyer can look under the lining and see the quality of the seam. If everything is closed - think 5. Assess the quality of the lining and seams, especially under the armpits. 6. Shake the coat, there shouldn't be anything sprinkled from it.

100 thousand for a really good one is very little. But you can buy a Chinese one and a short one. When you try on a fur coat should not rustle like parchment. If you take a jacket with a volume hood, look at the shoulders under it, there are often gaps and fur on the worse. Fur should lie in one general direction, not stick out like burnt ends. It is better to take a dark, less often in the dry cleaner will wear.

Through the filter site factory Kalyaeva found at least 160 mink coats to 100 thousand rubles, so invest just right. They have a choice of sizes and styles.
