If you are dismissed under Article 81.1 of the Labor Code of the RF, you must pay for two months the average salary, unless of course you get a job, but for the first month in any case, if within two weeks you are registered at the labor exchange, they will pay for the third month. Art. 178 of the Labor Code of the RF LC RF. severance pay At the termination of the employment contract in connection with the liquidation of the organization under clause 1 of article 81 or staff reduction under clause 2 of article 81 the dismissed employee is paid severance pay in the amount of monthly average earnings and the average monthly salary for the period of employment, but not more than two months from the date of dismissal with offset of severance pay. In exceptional cases, the average monthly earnings are retained for the dismissed employee for the third month from the date of dismissal by the decision of the employment service, provided that the employee applied to this body within two weeks after dismissal and was not employed by it. Severance pay equal to two weeks' average earnings is paid to employees upon termination of the employment contract in connection with: incompatibility of the employee with the position held or work performed due to a health condition preventing the employee from continuing work Article 81.3 (a); the employee's conscription for military service or transfer to alternative civil service Article 83.1; reinstatement of the employee who held the position before; employee's refusal to be transferred to a different position. An employment contract or collective agreement may provide for other instances of severance pay, and also provide for increased amounts of severance pay.
