You see the problem, enforcement proceedings is one of the forms of enforcement of court decisions, i.e. this production is engaged in bailiff-executors. Based on the court decision they can arrest your precious metal, and in accordance with Article 52 and Article 54 of the Law on enforcement proceedings, they can assess and implement your property. The proceeds will be transferred to the claimant, and if the proceeds will be more than the claimed amount, the difference will be returned to you. This can hardly be called a sale of refined precious metals, can it?

Trade in refined precious metals is done in accordance with RF legislation. If you violate this legislation, you will definitely be caught in the framework of enforcement proceedings if caught.

Yes, and all this will be handled by special legal entities, appraisers and implementers accredited by the Ministry of Justice. They take away everything, down to dental crowns, but I don't know.
