Maybe the pay isn't that great and the working conditions leave a lot to be desired I don't think it's a free regime

The operators benefit from it. Young people like college students and high school graduates get a small paycheck.

They all go to school and store there for six months and then they all leave.

For example, in offices where they receive visitors, they try to hire beautiful young girls. They get married, children and all that and since the work is nerve-racking and low-paying, they usually do not go back after the maternity leave. That's just my opinion.

I can only guess that in large companies and not only mobile operators believe that you should be very happy and proud that you were hired, so they offer not the biggest money and work you to get a lot of work.

I have friends who used to work there, one at Svyaznoy and another at Skylink.
