Put the dust back and you'll be fine!

You shouldn't have disassembled it. Just a duster and a vacuum cleaner - 5 minutes and the computer is clean. If you have a loose heatsink, it might even cut out.

Who cleans a PC from dust with a rag? A soft brush and a vacuum cleaner to help Didn't you use a wet rag? Wipe memory pads contacts with alcohol on deenergized PC, check if your CPU cooler is sitting on tightly. Have you remembered to put thermal grease on it?
