In the case of a conflict of norms, the one which is higher in status acts, for example, if any article of the Criminal Code or the Criminal Procedural Code contradicts the Constitution of the country, then the corresponding provision of the Constitution acts until the legislator brings that article in the code into accord. Equally the priority of the CPC over the orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs and so on?
