You take a khachapurian as a cook and let him do it! There are many kinds of khachapuri - both Adjarian and Imeretian. They can be either nakruzhka or flatbread. Not an easy question!

What pros everybody is. I even want khachapuri. You get puff pastry and suluguni at the store. Roll out the dough, make squares or whatever you like. Put a piece of cheese on it. Cover it and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. I'll make it tomorrow.
