you haven't flown to Australia yet. It's a couple of 11-hour flights in a row.

have a laxative if there's a toilet on the plane

Just don't think about it and occupy yourselves with what to do - men as flight attendants, women as assistant pilots:

Have fun with your neighbor or pilots.

Have a drink. Don't get drunk, Lena! Don't take your crap as an example. Not only that, if you let the booze go, you'll become even scarier. I can tell you for sure, after the first hour, the feeling of fear will be blunted. Sleep, eat, read, take something fun to watch. It's much more dangerous to move around on the ground. Imagine how many people fly every second. They very rarely fall down. Airplanes are the safest way to travel. I used to be scared too. Now I do six flights at a time. Six or seven hours at a time.

A couple of F-tal pills and you're OK.

There is a folk remedy! But I hope you don't drink

1. How to overcome fear. First of all you have to understand the reason for your fear. 1.1. If this fear is far-fetched, a tribute to fashion, then remember that air travel is a hundred times safer than automobile travel, and calm down. 1.2 If the fear is real - innate or a result of mental trauma - then it is a disease, which must be treated by doctors. 2. What to do. 2.1. First of all you have 13 hours of free time! Remember what you've been wanting to do, but have been putting it off, and do it. 2.2. If you can not remember, then make a list of things to do and alternate them during the flight: sleep, eat, look out the window, listen to music or audiobooks, watch movies, read books, write books, draw, play on your computer or phone, sort out photos, study travel guides, talk to fellow travelers. Have a nice flight!

can read, sleep, eat, look out the window, listen to music or audiobooks, watch movies, read a book, write a book, paint, play on your laptop or phone, sort out pictures, study travel guides, socialize, you can draw. And to avoid being scared I just closed my eyes the first time I flew, especially when you ascend the horror and then normal

It will still be scary. I fly every year more than once, but I can't get used to it. I'm going to Australia now. I have to stock up on pills. The best thing is to sleep. Take a sleeping pill and go to sleep. At least you won't feel the time zone difference. That's pretty uncomfortable, too.
