According to the law for driving under the influence of alcohol you lose your license for at least six years. But your driver's license can be repulsed if you comply with the CAO RF and its subordinate acts to competently drag out the process for two months without appearing in court for a good reason, etc., and then after the two-month period of administrative responsibility, the case will be terminated and the licence will be returned. You can play on your appearance as an offender in court. I agree with Igor. You should not only be deprived of your license, you should be jailed! And the nuts who catch such brainless drinkers behind the wheel should get a bonus equal to the amount of the caught person's earnings and out of his/her money! Why? For saving someone's life!
