Any chance of knocking something else off.

it depends on what kind of violation, if it's minor, of course they'll fine you about 1,000 rubles and that's it

Not in court, you'll have to take it up with the cops

Practically zero. True, if you signed the report, had a medical exam and was in full agreement. Don't drive drunk again, you'll get more than a suspended license. If you get into something, you'll go to jail.

to lawyers. cops in 90 cases fill out papers incorrectly - on this you can play. only correctly filled out the protocol act of inspection and medical report made without violations of procedural rules can become the reason for depriving the right to drive and only through the court. cops do not give them money - no use.

When are you bitches going to stop getting drunk behind the wheel? No brains at all! What kind of license do you need?

Response from 0[+++++]
You should drink less, you should drink less-

What's the point of getting him off? You can drink for a couple of years and not worry about anything else.

There's always a chance.

According to the law for driving under the influence of alcohol you lose your license for at least six years. But your driver's license can be repulsed if you comply with the CAO RF and its subordinate acts to competently drag out the process for two months without appearing in court for a good reason, etc., and then after the two-month period of administrative responsibility, the case will be terminated and the licence will be returned. You can play on your appearance as an offender in court. Under the law the court is obliged to notify you about the day of the hearing in case of a valid reason for non-appearance adjourn the process or in case if you are not properly notified about it. Good luck.

Yes it is possible if the Court finds that the actions of traffic police officers were unlawful.

I agree with Igor. You should not only be deprived of your license, you should be jailed! And the nuts who catch such brainless drinkers behind the wheel should get a bonus equal to the amount of the caught person's earnings and out of his/her money! Why? For saving someone's life!
