them10

I'm no master but I think it's 9. At least that's what I was taught.

Response from 0[+++++]
because it's a provocative question astronomers themselves haven't agreed on yet.

Response from 0[+++++]
Eight. There were nine, but scientists have ruled out Pluto in my opinion.

Response from 0[+++++]
Not long ago it was thought to be nine. Now some astronomers want it to be 8 and others want it to be 10. The first version has temporarily won out.

Response from 0[+++++]
One less.

Response from 0[++]
Smart guy. Why would you want to do that?

Response from 0[+++]
Although I'm no master, I can tell you that the number 9 is no longer our usual number. In time, scientists will add more steam to us like they're trying to add now!

Response from 0[+++++]
I think the tenth one is planet X

Response from 0[++]
eight planets

nine. Six planets from Mercury to Saturn are visible to the naked eye and have always been known. Uranus was discovered in the late 18th century Neptune in the mid 19th century and Pluto in 1930. if we take into account that scientists crossed Pluto out of the list of planets, that makes 8. Again, some read the massive asteroids Ceres-Haeron the companion of Pluto as planets as well because planets must be massive enough that the forces of self-gravity could not withstand the rigidity of its constituent rocks. Thus, the substance inside the planets is in hydrostatic equilibrium, and the planets themselves have almost spherical shape. The remaining smaller and non-circular bodies would be classified as small bodies in the solar system. Right no?

Response from 0[+]
For so many years it was 9 and now it's 8.

Response from 0[+++++]
as far as I heard 8 - the last two types there are not two planets but a planet and a satellite. but I don't know. it's late. I'm sleepy

Response from 0[+]
I know for sure it's 10! 1 I was watching the news on Channel 1.

Response from 0[+++++]
Now it's 8. There's less Pluto.

Response from 0[++]
Are there any at all? How many of you smart guys have been there? Nobody! Maybe it's a mirage.

Response from 0[++]
One more one less will change anything on our planet?

Response from 0[+++++]
Eight.
