What do you mean you took over the house?

If less than three years have passed since the divorce, the mother has a 100 percent chance of winning in court and getting half of the property. It doesn't matter to whom it was written down - it's jointly acquired property.

if the mother is a fool, god forbid, she didn't notarize her renunciation of jointly acquired property - she didn't say anything. divide everything in court under Article 256 of the Civil Code. moreover, you are in an extreme situation.

And is it true, as you write, that in order to evict your children and ex-wife, your father needed your mother's consent. Otherwise, your father had to go to court to resolve the issue. And in court, your mother had no problem getting that claim dismissed by your father. And these are the circumstances that are relevant today. It is not possible to answer your question in the absence of information about them.

You need to look at the documents, not listen to your resentful mother.
