Just taste it. If you like it, take it.

there were chemistry pencils, remember? they were like a simple pencil but turned blue by water. if you rub honey with such a pencil - there should be no reaction to real honey blue:

Drop iodine if it turns black - the honey is bad.

Iodine. It does not turn blue in real honey.

The old and most sure way is a chemical pencil that if you drool it will write like ink. If you dip it in a drop of honey and ink stains appear, it means the bees were fed sugar or honey was diluted.

No way. And chemical pencils won't help. Need to buy honey from people trusted that will not shove a fake. That's the only way. A in general, the naturalness of honey checked by complex chemical analysis. That's it! I myself have not once screwed up.

Take a scoop of honey and drop 1-2 drops of iodine tincture in it. If it turns blue, it was added to thicken the starch. And yet at this point, watch the reaction of a salesman. If nervous, then it is not clear.

Buy a loaf of bread. Dug out of it crumbs. Prsobstvuet in the market to fill it with honey because they forgot the jar. Just khopnut itself on his forehead and say that he forgot the money at home, so let them take honey back. If the seller will be very indignant - then the honey is natural.
