Chinese Fried Chicken with Onions Cut chicken breasts into strips and marinate for 2 hours in a mixture of 1 Tbsp grated ginger, 1 crushed clove of garlic, 2 Tbsp soy sauce and 2 Tbsp honey. Drain the marinade and preserve it. Fry chicken with chopped green onions. Pour marinade into pan and boil. Serve with egg noodles. Fry 4 chicken breasts lightly in olive oil, then add the finely chopped onion, crushed garlic clove, chopped red pepper and finely chopped zucchini in the pan and fry everything very quickly. Add some basil and a can of diced tomatoes, put the lid on and simmer for 15 minutes. Then turn off the lid and cook for 5 more minutes Chicken fillet - 6 carrots - 600 gr eggs - 6 eggs/1 tbsp lemon zest flour - 1 tbsp melted butter - 6 tbsp salt 1. Lightly whisk the fillet and cover with flour. 2. Mix eggs, flour, salt, zest and grated carrot. 3. Batter the schnitzels in the mixture and fry in oil until tender. 4. If you have a small piece of meat, you can make Meat in pots.
