Just wash the floor and that's it and change your shoes when you come in from the street. They don't wash the floor with peroxide. What percentage would there be in a bucket of water? And you don't have to do it. The baby has to develop immunity.

They don't wash the parquet at all.

Stork is enough. Why peroxide? Why not iodine and green? Use ready made remedies, it's not the 19th century.

You can't keep a baby in a sterile environment. You have to train your immune system.

What's that for?

What kind of decontamination? Is your baby a bubble boy? If crawling, wiping the floor with clean water every day is enough. You know what the most important thing for a clean floor is? A clean rag. Otherwise they add half a liter to make it cleaner and start using a rotten rag.

In kindergartens, both floors and dishes were always cleaned with caustic non-calcined soda added to water, it is very caustic. Soda was given out. So just on sale is rare. If you wash with peroxide, you can wash off some of the varnish if you wash with water, you won't wash anything off. Tried a killer tool for cleaning the floor and everything in general especially sinks in equal parts peroxide mixture with acetic acid. Floor paint is washed away. Sinks are white.
