It's easier to replace the whole rack. 100 glands will fly out again no matter how good they are.

The point is when you change the stuffing box, you need to look at how worn out the place where you put the stuffing box and the wear and tear on the torque in the stuffing box. Practice shows that installing a new stuffing box may not help because there is wear and tear and the new stuff just will not take up all the advantages it has!
