Do (bitten off) tails grow back on goldfish? and got a better answer

Response from
Yes, definitely grow, but you can't keep them with the nimble fish in the same tank, they will bite their tails anyway. The ideal - benthic fish - catfish and their species

Yes they will definitely grow back but you can not keep them with the swift fish in one aquarium anyway their tails will bite. Ideal option - bottom fish - catfish and their varieties

The whole tail will not grow back, but if the fins are just ripped off, then yes grow back. I have a danio some crap ate all the voile fins for 1 day while I was at work. Passed a month, and they again swim handsome and what is interesting is that no one else is trying to kill them. A feed by the way only live feed in a pinch frozen.
