Can you put a clause in the contract You can put anything in the contract. If the clause contradicts the imperative norms of the law, it still does not apply. And the insurance companies usually help against damage. Wouldn't it make more sense to insure a semitrailer tractor?

It is not possible to include such a clause, because the material responsibility of the employee is regulated by the RF Labor Code and does not need any additions. Any other nonsense will have no legal effect.
