looks like you have caught a virus similar to the one I had recently. The only way to get rid of it was to completely demolish and reinstall the operating system. Sending letters to a short number like the masters of the virus usually ask you to do is useless and only takes money.

It cannot be cleaned with Antivirus. Go to browser properties and in section Allow third-party browser extension - uncheck it. After that, restart the Internet.
