it's goods cost 10 rubles, but for a sticker on it-you have to pay another 290 rubles extra. For example, the cost of a bottle of vodka at the factory 10 rubles. but by law the plant must do excise tax on it. so the price of vodka rises to 300 rubles. That is why people are poisoned by cheap cheap vodka thinking it is better to buy 3 bottles for 100 rubles than one bottle for 300 rubles.
