In RK, when you enter into a Paid Services Agreement with an individual, you must withhold 10 IPN. There are no other taxes or deductions.

As far as I know, everyone who receives income must pay income tax. You are paid officially, not in black cash. But this is in the RF. read the laws of the country in which you work, in particular the tax and labour legislation

Wrong. You are not officially employed. You will be paid in black. And you don't have to withhold tax.
