Such a problem? and got a better answer

Regardless of the registration, a car purchased during marriage is your joint property. I recommend that in order to avoid problems in the future, resolve the property dispute now or re-register the car to another person. Good luck! ELENA: The car is registered to the buyer, the credit is the business of the bank. Not to be confused with leasing?
