The answer is brief: 1 It is not required to notarize such a contract. This case is voluntary. 2 It has legal force. And it has nothing to do with a possible attempt to cheat I believe the contract says that Kolya gave Vali the car for use, and Vali undertakes to pay the loan, after paying the loan Kolya.
