you do not need permission, you need only proof of parentage-your documents about how your surname changed-you got divorced and took your maiden name-so the birth certificate of your son and your divorce certificate. About the fact that the Turks are asking for consent in general nonsense - they in what language do they read it? It's supposed to need only Russian border guards, but if a child traveling with one parent, it is not necessary?

What the Turks and Arabs do not give a shit about your papers - that's for sure since they are only interested in green papers! And the problems can only be at our border. And then if the child is inscribed in your Russian passport if you have the original birth certificate and also referring to our laws that a power of attorney is not needed when a child leaves with one of the parents - I think there are no problems.

Olga I also travel with a child abroad divorced surname different though not in Turkey and in Egypt. I at the travel agency swore and swore that no father's consent to travel is NOT REQUIRED, even wanted to print out the law for the border guards just in case. I really have not gone yet, but I think there will be no problem to take the child's birth certificate.

if there is still time before the trip, file a lawsuit in a court of general jurisdiction to confirm the right of the minor to travel outside the Russian Federation for rest and recuperation without the consent of the other parent. And in general, many are right by our laws permission is not required but border control of other countries may require it in particular in Kyrgyzstan, we asked in Bulgaria no in Turkey no so it is better to be insured and for the benefit of - this claim shows the unwillingness of the second parent to participate in the life of the child. The court on deprivation of parental rights then goes easier - I was so
