At first the Participant who is ready to sell his share should notify LLC about it, with indication of price, purchaser, information that all other participants refused from share purchase, then -Director convokes meeting of founders, on the meeting agenda purchase-sale of share, exit of the participant from LLC; change of shares, introduction of changes into constituent documents of LLC. Registration takes place in MIFNS №46 on Moscow, the Director of Open Company submits documents on modification of data on participants of a society. The share purchase agreement and the receipt confirm the legal basis and expression of will of the parties to the transaction, and the registration of your right - this is the second stage. Regards.
