If your sister's husband is noticeably older than you, why doesn't your sister stand up for you? If you are older, what are the reasons you are fighting? If you all live under the same roof, don't your parents notice your bruises and don't ask about them? If your sister lives apart from you, why go to her and pick a fight with her husband? two options: 1 need to live separately let them move away if they live with their parents and you 2. find a boxing section, judo sambo, etc. and purposefully work on yourself. you'll gain confidence, normal physical shape. and some people just no longer think to get in the way. just do not quit classes - otherwise it will be a complete nonsense
