You'd better not try, or you might be out of your depth.

At clinics or dairy kitchens there are stores with baby food. There I used to buy an ampule Evita, and in it a pill like, for example, Bifidumbacterin. This is a lactic acid bacteria. There you can clarify how to cook it properly. It turns out similar to acidophilus. First you prepare a sourdough starter based on 1 cup of milk and this tablet. Then on the basis of this sourdough is prepared acidophilus.Prepare this sourdough in a thermos.

Making yogurt at home is very easy! I take a dry starter I like BakZdrava mix it with milk heated to 40 degrees and put it in the multicooker for 8 hours. Then I put it in jars and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. And delicious homemade yogurt is ready. It's really simple.
