Spoon of brown sugar or honey when the wine is hot add a mixture of spices for mulled wine sold only look that it was not glutamate of soda and other chemicals or 1-1 5 tsp. cinnamon a few cloves by a pinch of nutmeg ginger, keep on the heat without giving boil another 5-7 minutes turn off pour into glasses gently without residue spices and fruits.

Gluhwein is a hot drink made of red dry wine with spices and sugar. The set of spices is chosen according to taste, but there are contraindications such as the addition of ground black pepper.
