at first it was French. and now English if everyone remembers our Russian writers of the 19th and 20th centuries, they all learned French. some writers didn't even know Russian, then they learned Russian. then they didn't think Russian was very interesting. this is about French. why English? i don't even know, but i don't know exactly, so i won't write

The U.S. is turning the world upside down. I still can't figure out how. America's money is not backed by the country's gold reserve and so are we, but the ruble is depreciated. Now the dollar seems to be falling. At least it makes everybody happy.

1. it is an easy language 2. in the past most of europe spoke english and in america migrated those people who couldn't find a job or were hiding in europe. so it was two continents speak english.
