If you don't have a cellar, you can put them in the fridge in the vegetable drawer. Best of luck!

I take them out of the ground the most valuable, separate the offspring, dry them and put them in the basement for wintering and, in general, I noticed if they do not dig out, they go deeper into the ground, grow offspring and become small. but grow probably, as advised, you can also in the fridge. I just had no luck with the fridge, can freeze completely. but it is important to keep in the dark.

we always plant in the ground under winter, nothing happens to them, in spring they come out as nice
