Traveled halfway around the world. So - Meat, in particular kebabs - Dagestan, mountain villages and Derbent. Fish - Israel and Cyprus, desserts - Germany, but Israeli strudel, unusual dishes - Falafel, Humus, Shakshuka - Lebanon, seafood - Thai, Flour - Georgian khachapuri, cheeses - all its charm. And the little things?

Of all, where exactly have been and specifically tried something. Well, in the Czech Republic the desserts impressed me the most. Czech waffles are unbelievable. And in Holland the cheeses.

In Moscow I liked the sausage, in Ivanovo we had a nice plate of meat broth and a big pie with meat I forget what it was called in the restaurant.

Ukrainian and Czech. Spanish and Turkish not so much, although I haven't tasted all the dishes there, of course. And from what I've tasted in Russia, not on trips - Italian. But I haven't made it to Italy yet. There are also many interesting things about Caucasian cuisine. When I was in the south, I tried a lot of local stuff and liked it. I also like Central Asian cuisine, but I've only tasted it in Russia.

Greek food is something. In small taverns not on tourist trails.

How does Scandinavia have its own cuisine? In Italy, except for pizza and 200 kinds of pasta, there is nothing! Greek is also interesting!

General preference - Mediterranean, especially vegetable salads with olives, tomatoes and cheeses brynza, fetaki, mozzarella in olive oil: Italian, Greek. As for meat - Georgian, Turkish all sorts of kebabs and kebabs. French with its delicacies, desserts and pâtés. -Little of everything, but delicious. And still preferable is local, cabbage soup and borsch, fried and boiled potatoes with meatballs and pickles. Separate preference for dumplings and Ukrainian borscht.

Any cuisine, if cooked by a master, is good. You just have to take it as it is, not compare it to the tastes you're used to from childhood. Except American cuisine. That's where it's all fast food, even if the place isn't called McDonald's and they don't serve hamburgers. Of course, I'm referring to American restaurants, not national ones like Japanese, Chinese, Russian, French, Turkish, Mexican, etc., which there are also plenty of. Note, I didn't mention Italian - Americans have pizza twisted to their taste.
