Hello Hello, Concrete Contact can be applied to PEOPLEX but there is no point in doing this as it will not practically increase the adhesion between the materials. If you want to increase the adhesion between PenoPlax and adhesive solution you can sand the surface of the board or buy a rough slab of PenoPlax Walls.
