Go to KFZ at your place of residence and register the car. Make insurance and drive it wherever you want. I don't know the Moldovan traffic rules, but usually once a year the car has to leave the country and pass the TO?

Go to KFZ at your place of residence and register your car. I do not know the Moldovan regulations, but normally once a year the car should leave the country and undergo an inspection.
