How do you make brine soup? and got a better answer

My mother does the following: cooks broth from the bones. Pour the pre-washed pearl barley, when the pearl barley will be ready, adds in the broth diced salted not pickled cucumbers. Adds minced onion until golden brown and then add grated carrot and stuff it into the soup. Greens, paprika, salt to taste. Bon appetit?

Makes a batter: finely chopped onions until golden brown then there grated carrots and it all goes into the soup. Greens, allspice salt to taste. Bon appetit!

A jar of brine is poured into a pot with absolutely any soup. And oh wonder.

buy gristle stew, pickles, preferably barrel pickles, put the meat in a pot and boil it for about 20 minutes, then throw in the barley, while it's boiling fry onions, When they are almost cooked, cook onion and then add cucumbers and fry olives for 5 minutes, when pearl barley is almost done, put potatoes and after 5 minutes put onion, carrots and cucumbers in the pot. Let boil for 3 minutes, add bay and pepper, remove the pot and let stand for half an hour, salt to taste of course, you won't be able to drag it away
