Totally Thailand! Especially in summer the weather there is heavenly, it's not hot and sometimes there are refreshing rains. Thais are VERY fond of children, and children theirs. This is a Buddhist country, where children and people are treated with great tenderness. The hotels in Thailand are everywhere beautiful, a lot of Europeans come with small children and are happy. And on the plane the kids sleep very well the whole flight.

IMHO the main problem is the food, not the climate. I was in Cyprus and Turkey. the conclusion is - better less days but better than 2 weeks and somehow. Somehow it's not that bad - I took a 5* in Turkey, but their food is basically sour and salty. The result is constipation, allergies. Cyprus is different - 3 hours only flight and great food. The service is way better. Never had to take nannies. I think it's easier to bring a grandmother. And grandma feels good and you. So my opinion Cyprus with a grandmother: Perhaps in other countries there is a great quality vacation with children. I have only experienced these two so far:

I was this year in krymu g.shlkino-Azov Sea.Pyatlichno chalk clean heat.My kids were delighted! And by the way quite inexpensive.Za 5 weeks renting a 2-room apartment and eating mostly in a cafe including train tickets we spent $ 15 thousand. For 4 people. And it is possible to go abroad without children.
