Make a query on the first directory with totals on the parent, selecting thus only the fields of requisites which are in the second directory. Next, bypass the result of the query with two loops: the first by groupings - parents, nested by subordinate elements. At each step of the first cycle, we create a new element - a group, at each step of the nested - the element with the group as a parent from the first cycle. And we fill in the appropriate requisites.
