There are no cacti in your photo at all. I don't see any yellow leaves either. You can't see the size of the pot it's all in. Is the leaf loss most likely caused by overwatering?

These are signs of rotting roots. Maybe you are watering too much, too often and too abundantly. Try watering once a week at the most. Make sure that the plants are not exposed to excessive heat, for example from a radiator or near a heater.
