Afraid? Fear should be a last resort. Fear is a very powerful weapon. In this state, a person's muscular reactions change, his metabolism and heart rate quicken, his blood pressure increases, his reaction time decreases and his thinking processes speed up, etc. Only the young and unprepared are paralyzed by fear. And in ordinary life it is enough to consider threats.

Almost all people are afraid of dying. But as experience shows, death is not the scariest thing. The scariest thing is what happens next. And what happens next is heaven or hell. That's why many of those who understand this are afraid of going to hell. Thanks for the good question, Sasha from New Zealand.

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, for in fear is torment; he who fears is imperfect in love 1 John ch. 4, verse 18. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not boast, is not proud, is not disorderly, does not seek its own, is not irritated, thinks no evil, does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; covers everything, believes everything, hopes for everything, endures everything. 1 Corinthians 13 ch. When we do this, fear will go away. Tested by my own experience. Only without God it is impossible to do it ourselves.

There's nothing to be afraid of. It's the same way with the question: what's better to poison yourself? Fear takes away strength and kills creativity in man. Death is inevitable, it's just one of the stages of the spirit's existence. There is no heaven and no hell, this is a fantasy of the church to control the stupid crowd. Death in general is nothing to be afraid of. You shouldn't be afraid of everything else either. Fear is not constructive.

Fear of everything but don't show it. Or on the contrary, not to be afraid of anything. Although it is not possible. But you have to try it all the time.
