It was a complete morass, to be honest! The whole day to sit and answer the phone and listen to dissatisfied people, they both send and foul language! And when you come home your ears hurt from the tube! I did not like it!

Come on, it all depends on the company and the man himself! If a normal company and not a shambolic company like all sorts of BAD technology of an unknown manufacturer that you have to sell by phone, the work in the information services or customer service departments are not any worse than various other professions! You have a clean, warm, modern place with access to the Internet. Yes, as a rule, you handle incoming calls from people who either have a problem or he is interested in information. In any profession, there are those who will yell at you, scold you or thank you.

And such nonsense all day long - a deer will call, then the seal: at the end of the day my ears stick up, at the end of the week in this place can not sit down, and a year later, some people are afraid to approach the machine. The constant buzzers make you go crazy: In short, I don't recommend it. But if you don't have any other job options, try to leave there after half a year at least. Good luck!
