Siamese Twins Twins are children who are born at the same time. Occasionally, however, it happens that both babies are fused together; such babies used to almost always die soon afterwards. But the first case of two boys, Chang and Eng Booker, born in the town of Maklong in what is now Thailand in 1811, a country then called Siam, survived and so spent their entire lives without being able to part with each other for even a moment. Even when Chung died of pneumonia, Eng would not agree to an operation that would free him. He passed away two hours later, at the age of 63.

It's most likely from the name of the city it's Scotland and it's about the Siamese twins

It's about the Siamese twins Chang and Enge Bunker and Siam is the former name of Thailand.
