I had the same thing. for a long time not refilled the cartridge dried up. change the cartridge. 101099675 cartridges must be refilled skillfully without experience and knowledge of technology can not be taken for this. now either go to the refilling center or buy a new one.

There's a chip in there that tells you if it's empty or full. If the chip says it's empty, you can't do anything. There are, however, programmers for these chips.

It's fine. I had a packard that said it was empty but it would just print a warning.
