Good for practicing coordination and sense of distance when practicing kicks in static positions, because they have a distinctive amplitude of deflection. They are not very effective at mastering the power of impact and combined movement, and they are not suitable for practicing speed. Regards.

Good for working off coordination and sense of distance while working off strokes in static positions because they have original amplitude of deviation. They do not train very well on power and balance, nor are they good for speed. Regards.

I do hand-to-hand combat myself. i think it's bullshit. a good straight leg kick to the ash - this thing will fall down at the store so they said better or a pear with sand. or i have paws on my back for hands=

I don't get the paws attached to my back.
