for that you have to love people. you have to be born with it. it's very difficult to let the problems and sufferings of others pass through you. but if you have a natural instinct and need to help others then you just understand that you can't be anyone else.

You have to experience a lot and draw conclusions. This is not given by observing others only on their own skin. I am a good psychologist: I agree with nivgnip - study is not for that you just gain knowledge and need experience. Good luck.
